Camps will be offered by age groups and will be limited to 4-6 participants per session.
All camps will require a $50 non-refundable deposit with balance due the first day of camp.
All campers should dress appropriately for the weather and activities...NO SHORTS, SANDLES or TANK TOPS. While we understand that it is summer and therefore HOT, safety is our FIRST concern...long pants and hard soled shoes (preferably with a heel) will keep your children appropriately covered and safe. The children will be taking several breaks during camp to stay cool.
All campers should bring a brown bag lunch and any additional drinks labeled with camper's name. A cooler will be provided to keep drinks cold.
Good sportsmanship & polite manners are expected of all the campers.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Camp will start at 10am. FIRST DAY ONLY please arrive at least 15 minutes early to finish any paperwork that was left incomplete/pay balance/etc.
Camp will be dismissed at 2pm. Parents-please arrive on time.
Campers will: learn how to stay safe around horses, learn how to groom & tack up their horse, participation in daily riding lessons, games & a craft project to take home!
Other areas of "study" in the past have included a "research" paper, health care, show ring preparation, etc.
